LINEVO quotes coffee packaging machines by configuration: the finished pack, fill weight and production target determine the dosing system, machine platform and tooling. Start with a pack photo and your production requirement. Our team develops the equipment scope and an itemized quotation.
Compare our coffee packaging machines to choose a route for beans, powder, sticks or drip bags. A standalone bagger and an integrated packaging line have different equipment and installation scopes.
What your LINEVO quotation covers
The table below shows the quotation structure to discuss with our team. The dated offer identifies the selected equipment, pricing currency, validity and commercial terms.
| Quotation item | Details in the project scope | How it affects price |
|---|---|---|
| Main machine | Machine platform and finished pack format | Premade pouch handling, VFFS forming and multi-lane packing use different equipment |
| Dosing and feeding | Weigher or powder filler, feeder and hopper arrangement | Product behavior, dose range and replenishment requirements determine the setup |
| Format parts | Bag formers, gripping parts, dosing tools and additional sizes | Each extra format can add tooling and setup work |
| Packaging options | Coding, nitrogen flushing, valve application and inspection | Selected modules add equipment, connections and utilities |
| Line integration | Conveyors, transfer, controls and secondary packaging | Scope depends on how the packer connects to the rest of the line |
| Delivery and support | Export packing, delivery term, installation, training and spare parts | The offer identifies the services and responsibilities for your destination |
Each item is marked as included, optional or customer-supplied in the proposed scope. We agree testing and acceptance requirements with your team, including the product, packaging material and finished-pack measurements. Installation, training and service arrangements are stated in the offer.
What changes the machine configuration
Premade pouch equipment opens, fills and seals purchased bags. VFFS equipment forms bags from roll film and needs tooling for the selected bag dimensions. Coffee density and flow determine the dosing arrangement; additional products or pack sizes can require different change parts.
For coffee sticks, active lanes and pack dimensions affect the selected frame and tooling. For drip coffee, the offer identifies inner-filter packing, transfer and the outer-pouch stage needed for your retail product.
Equipment price and running cost
A purchase decision also depends on labor, packaging materials, utilities, maintenance and product loss over the planned operating period.
Cost per saleable pack = total ownership cost over the period ÷ saleable packs produced.
For a planning example, 10,000 bags with an average 1 g overfill contain 10 kg of coffee above target. Multiplying by your coffee cost per kg gives the value of that giveaway. This calculation is separate from rejected packs, extraction losses and cleaning waste.
LINEVO can discuss the production requirement and proposed configuration with your team. Your own operating hours, staffing and material costs determine the running-cost calculation. Where feeding, inspection or cartoning are part of the project, include them in the packaging-line scope.
