LINEVO supplies coffee packaging machines for roasted beans, ground coffee and single-serve products. We match dosing, bag handling and sealing to your pack and production target, backed by the Dession manufacturing team in Foshan.
Start with your coffee type, a pack photo and target output.
Choose a packaging route for your coffee, then define dosing, pack dimensions and accepted output.

View machine detailsMachine speeds apply to the configurations shown. LINEVO specifies output for your coffee, dose, packaging material and selected options in the quotation.

Start with the product and the finished pack. We match the dosing system, bag format and output to your production needs.
| Machine type | Machine speed | Pack format |
|---|---|---|
| Standard bean bagger | 5–70 bags/min | Roll-film bag |
| Coffee powder | 5–60 bags/min | Powder bag |
| Premade pouches | 20–70 bags/min | Premade pouch |
| Model 400 sticks | 20–50 cycles/min | Stick pack |
| Drip bags | Quoted by finished pack | Hanging drip filter |
Output depends on the coffee, dose and pack. Stick output equals cycles/min × active lanes before stops and rejects. Drip coffee proposals identify the inner-filter and outer-pouch stages and output at the final discharge.
| Machine / configuration | Machine speed | Dosing and bag format | Configuration features |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bean VFFS bagger | 5–70 bags/min | Weighing; roll-film bags with the selected former and sealing arrangement | Coordinated weighing, bag forming and sealing; valve and gas-flushing options selected for the pack. |
| Powder bagger | 5–60 bags/min | Auger dosing; ground or soluble coffee in roll-film bags | Product-matched auger dosing, with optional seal-zone extraction and nitrogen flushing. |
| LV-210 premade pouch | 20–70 bags/min; pouch W 90–210 mm × L 110–330 mm | Weighing for beans; powder dosing selected separately. Ready-made pouches with approved opening and top seal. | Pouch retrieval, opening and top sealing, with weighing or powder dosing selected for the coffee. |
| Model 400 sticks | 20–50 cycles/min; stick W 25–79 mm × L 50–180 mm | Multi-lane dosing for instant coffee; roll-film back-seal sticks | Parallel forming lanes with dosing and cutting configured for the selected stick dimensions. |
| Hanging drip filter | Finished-pack output specified in the quotation | Measuring cup or reciprocating auger configuration; hanging filter with outer barrier-pouch stage defined separately | Measuring-cup or auger dosing, with filter handling and outer-pouch transfer matched to the retail pack. |
The bean and powder ranges describe the coffee bagger configurations. The dedicated 500 g / 1 kg valve-bag VFFS configuration has a separate 25–50 bags/min range. Model 400 cycle rates and LV BF-series cut rates belong to separate machine specifications.
For sizing: dose volume = fill mass ÷ bulk density. For example, a 250 g fill at an assumed 0.40 g/ml occupies 250 ÷ 0.40 = 625 ml before allowing headspace and sealing clearance. Use the measured density of your roast or blend to select tooling.
The LV-210 takes pouches 90–210 mm wide and 110–330 mm long. LINEVO matches zipper opening, valve position and filling clearance to the pouch construction.
Your coffee, finished pack and required output define the equipment scope.
A roll-film machine forms the bag; a premade pouch machine starts with a finished empty pouch. Compare the complete process, including product feeding, dosing and sealing.
Define the handover between product feeding, packing, coding, inspection and downstream handling. Match the good output of each stage, not just the fastest nameplate figure.
Plan a coffee packaging linePack dimensions, fill weight, dosing, change parts and agreed options all affect the configuration. Send a pack photo and your target output for an itemized LINEVO quotation.

LINEVO leads international configuration and systems engineering within the Dession manufacturing group in Foshan, China. The group has manufactured packaging machinery since 2013, with a 15,000+ m² facility. Meet the manufacturing and project team.
We configure individual machines and packaging-line interfaces around the coffee, finished pack, utilities and available space. Product samples and production packaging help us resolve dosing, pouch opening and sealing questions before you order.
Discuss My ProjectSend a bag photo, fill weight and target output. You can start with just the details you know.
Review weighing or powder dosing, bag dimensions and options such as nitrogen flushing or valve application.
Discuss the machine scope, utilities and destination with LINEVO before confirming your order.
Start with your coffee, pack format and production target. Our team reviews the equipment route and can arrange a sample test or video demonstration where it helps settle the configuration.
Share a pack photo, fill weight and required output. LINEVO selects the dosing and packaging route, then develops the machine scope and options with you.
Where a trial is useful, we agree the samples, shipping instructions and measurements first. Checks can cover fill consistency, pack formation and accepted output.
The order defines any factory acceptance test (FAT): equipment, materials, run conditions and pass criteria. Written records, video or returned packs are agreed for the project.
A few answers to the questions coffee producers ask most.
Ask a QuestionChoose a weighing and vertical bagging line for bags made from roll film, or a premade pouch filling system for bags you buy ready-made. Your bag dimensions, fill weight and target output determine the configuration.
Whole beans usually use a weighing arrangement; ground coffee needs a powder-dosing review, including auger tooling and seal-zone dust control. Specify both products, each dose and the changeover frequency so our team can define the required dosing units, change parts and cleaning access.
LINEVO offers nitrogen-flushing configurations and a dedicated VFFS valve-bag route. A valve already fitted to a premade pouch requires different handling from a valve applied to roll film. Send the laminate, valve type and position; include any finished-pack oxygen target and measurement method in the acceptance brief.
Dosing, bag-handling or forming tooling, active stick lanes, gas and valve options, and line interfaces change the equipment scope. Send one consistent brief by WhatsApp or email so the quotation can separate included equipment, options, testing and delivery terms.
Start with the coffee or recipe, target fill weight, a pack photo and required output. Add your delivery country and city. Our team develops the configuration with you; drawings, utilities and any production samples follow as needed.
